Decochic is an online store specializing in home products, particularly self-adhesive wallpaper, vinyl rugs, and children’s bedrooms.
It was founded in 2011 with the aim of sharing the creator Federica’s passion for shabby chic decor. Decochic has always been active on social channels and has gained a large following of dedicated fans and followers interested in the company.

A comprehensive social activity
For this client, we planned a comprehensive social activity from the start, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, with several active campaigns:
- Facebook website traffic campaigns
- Instagram website traffic campaigns
- Facebook and Instagram editorial plan
- Facebook Dynamic Remarketing
- Instagram Dynamic Remarketing
- Pinterest conversions and REM

At which funnel levels?
The monthly activities were designed to communicate the brand at every level of the classic funnel: awareness, consideration and conversion.
The variety of campaigns with their different objectives made it possible to introduce and promote the Decochic brand at all levels of the funnel, from the initial brand encounter to completed purchases.

What is Dynamic Remarketing?
Dynamic Remarketing is an advanced advertising campaign that allows you to show users the products they have previously shown interest in.
The sponsored ads in Dynamic Remarketing are highly personalized: on Facebook, the user will see a post featuring the exact product they viewed on your website the day before.

Why does Dynamic Remarketing work?
The advantage of this type of campaign is evident. The budget is spent exclusively on a “hot” audience: people who have already shown interest in purchasing your product. This type of ad is, therefore, much more effective in driving conversions (purchases, in the case of an e-commerce business). The Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) will be higher, and the Cost per Acquisition will be lower compared to any other active campaign.

High return on ad spend (ROAS)
Dynamic Remarketing has been the game-changer that allowed Decochic to achieve previously unimaginable ROAS figures. In just a few months, Decochic’s Facebook Dynamic Remarketing ROAS increased from 14.08 to an incredible 125.95. And Instagram? In 5 months of activity, the Instagram ROAS reached 75.94.

Exceeding sales expectations
With our social activity, which started in December 2019, Decochic increased the percentage of sales attributed to social channels from 44% to 93% of total website sales. Additionally, from December to April, social media attributed sales increased by 914.9%.
